Using our deep understanding of the Data Centre market and its key participants we helped a global supplier of in critical facilities systems and services establish strong credentials and messaging in the Plan - Design - Build - Operate space.
The project discovered the critical problems faced by our client's target segments (Enterprise, Colocation, Hyperscale and Telco) as they traversed along the journey to Plan, Design, Build and Operate their technical facilities. Following a structured methodology, the project worked its way from clarity around customer pain through their Core competency to segment-specific messages that resonate and are aligned with recognized customer problems.
We completed a pre-deal project to perform technical due diligence and identify cost savings opportunities.
We implemented a major Target Operating Model (TOM) restructure integrating diverse global participants into a single global team. To significantly reduce costs and deliver valuable routing flexibility we migrated from ISDN to SIP, including all of the contract negotiations. We then restructured multiple maintenance contracts, licence agreements and technologies. The overall result was a cost saving of £27m per annum.
One of the largest Building Societies in the UK needed to accelerate and improve the efficiency of the code required to modernise its core banking systems and digital portals. We identified the need, created the business case and then designed, built and delivered a modern, automated development pipeline to support agile working.
